Lead singer and guitarist of Velvet Road for 15 years. Velvet Road played all the major venues in Sydney, Kangaroo Valley Music Festival headliners, played live on Triple R, etc, etc Velvet Road released two CDs, the latest of which was promoted overseas in the A&R Publication which also featured Jimmy Barnes & Steve Morse (January 2005) Gav has extensive live acoustic solo experience with his performances at many of Sydney’s venues. Editor of the Songwriting Society of Australia’s newsletter, ‘The Songsmith’.

Every 2nd Monday of the month at The Dunkirk Hotel, 205 Harris St, Pyrmont, as part of the Songwriting Society of Australia Concert starting 7.00 pm.
